FormFlux is a simple form builder at https://formflux.io. You make a form, send it to people, they fill it out, and you get the data. It works on desktops and phones. There is a free forever plan, and you can start without a credit card.
You can describe the form to the AI generator, start from a template, or build it with drag and drop. Forms can show every question on one page, or one question at a time. Fields cover the usual inputs (text, email, phone, dropdowns, checkboxes, date, file upload, and rating) plus address, hidden fields, calculations, and signature. You can add logic, validation, required fields, branding, and themes.
Share a link, a QR code, or an embed (iframe, inline, popup, or slider). Responses can go to email, webhooks, Zapier, Google Sheets, Slack, Calendly, Cal.com, and Google Tag Manager. You can search responses and export them as CSV or JSON, and see views, starts, completions, drop-off by question, and traffic sources. Settings cover success messages, redirects, email alerts, auto-replies, password protection, CAPTCHA, and rate limits. Paid plans add more AI credits, team seats, Stripe payments on forms, and brand presets pulled from a website.
