4. Auto-Submit Service

We offer an auto-submit service where we manually submit your product to relevant directories on your behalf. This service includes:

• Professional submission process

Service Timeline:

• Service is completed within 5-10 business days from payment receipt
• In case of delays, the client will be notified of the new timeline

Content Responsibility:

• Client bears full responsibility for all content, descriptions, and materials provided for submission
• We reserve the right to reject submissions containing illegal, offensive, or copyright-infringing content

Service Limitations:

• Service does not guarantee acceptance by all selected directories
• We are not responsible for decisions made by external directories

Intellectual Property:

• Client confirms they own rights to all materials provided for submission
• Client agrees not to take actions that may infringe copyright

Service Cancellation:

• Cancellation is only possible before the submission process begins
• If cancelled after commencement, the fee is non-refundable

Additional Terms:

• Directories are selected by us at our discretion based on what we believe will provide the best results for your product
• You cannot choose specific directories or request changes to listings after submission
• Once the submission process begins, no refunds are available as the service has been initiated and cannot be reversed
• You will receive a detailed report via email upon completion of all submissions

Payment for this service is processed through Stripe, Inc. Due to the nature of this service, refunds are not available once the submission process has commenced.

5. Platform Submissions

You may submit your platform, newsletter, community, or tool for consideration in our directory. We review all submissions manually to ensure quality and relevance for the indie hacker community.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any submission at our sole discretion. Submissions should be relevant to makers, solo founders, and small startups.

6. Marketing Communications

By submitting your platform or contacting us, you agree to receive marketing and promotional communications from us via email. These communications may include newsletters, special offers, product updates, and other information we believe may be of interest to you.
