White Space Signal is a subscription research platform that ranks commercial opportunities across two fronts: ventures worth building (BUILD) and existing business categories worth acquiring (BUY). Its premise is that as AI lowers the cost of cognitive work, economic value migrates toward constraints such as verification, licensing, physical execution and trust — and that mapping this migration early is more useful than tracking AI news.

Evidence discipline and dated snapshots: Rankings count distinct real-world events rather than repeated coverage, are challenged with failure tests before publication, and are reassessed continuously. Each published snapshot is dated and historical calls are preserved rather than rewritten.

Emerging set: Every ranking may carry up to five Emerging opportunities holding enough evidence to merit attention but not enough to displace a Top 10 position.
