Hi — I'm the maker of SciFig (https://scifig.ai), an AI scientific figure generator for researchers. You describe a figure in plain language — or hand it a sketch, a reference figure, a PDF, or a lab photo — and it generates a publication-ready illustration with every label still editable. Figures come back as editable SVG rather than a flat image, can be refined on a built-in vector canvas, and export to 8K PNG, SVG, or a PowerPoint file whose labels you can retype directly in PowerPoint. It runs in the browser, has a free tier, adds no watermark on any plan, and the UI is in 8 languages. I built it because assembling a figure icon by icon — or paying an illustrator two weeks before a deadline — is not how research should be published.
