## About Covela

## Overview
Covela is a Philippine offshore staffing platform that pairs instant monthly price estimates with AI-assisted recruitment and ongoing employment administration. It targets growing businesses that need roles such as bookkeeping, customer support or software engineering filled when local hiring proves slow or costly.

## Key Features
- **Instant pricing estimates**: A quote flow returns an indicative monthly cost before any brief is submitted, allowing budget feasibility to be tested ahead of a recruitment commitment.
- **AI-assisted recruitment with human review**: Candidate assessment combines automated screening with human judgement, following a process the company says was refined at sister firm Adaca across eleven years.
- **Shared role briefs and team canvases**: Employers define responsibilities, working arrangements and business context in a collaborative brief that anchors the search and keeps hiring decisions with the client's own team.
- **Employment and people support**: Covela employs the team members directly and administers payroll, HR, leave, overtime requests and performance reviews, which route through the platform for client approval.
- **Industry and role directories**: Sixteen industry pages plus function guides spanning finance, technology, legal support, healthcare and logistics give prospects a structured starting point.

## Who It Suits
Organisations weighing offshore hiring against domestic recruitment costs fit the model best, particularly small and mid-sized firms without internal HR capacity. The trade-offs are typical for the category: pricing is quote-based rather than published, sourcing stays within the Philippines, and the site's assessment examples are labelled illustrative rather than live tooling.
